They had cardboard partitions but we were inches from the people on the next table. The seating is currently mandated at 25%, yet they seated 3 booth tables back to back. We finally got seated nearly an hour later. We would have loved to sit outside, why not give customers the choice? They could have easily turned those tables 1-2 more times in daylight instead of closing them at 4 pm. There was still 2 hours of daylight left and the weather was gorgeous. won’t being used and they said it was because it would go dark soon And people don’t like sitting in the dark. Most of the outdoor seating was empty and we were told we could wait sitting at those tables. We went yesterday for some food and arrived at 4:30 pm. Look at the crabapples on Jiboom Street and next to the downtown Post Office as well as those along the road. I love the look of crabapples planted in thickets with their canopies intertwined in a mass of blooms in the spring. The varieties with upright branching suffer the least snow damage. They may have weeping, spreading or upright (Red Baron) branches. The shape of crab apples can be shrubby (Sargent, one of my favorites) or upright to 30-feet tall (Dolgo). The best ones have bright fruit that persists on the trees long after the leaves have fallen and give you an additional season of color. The crab apple fruit, usually no larger than berries, are another important feature of crab apple trees.
